Thank you for booking with us. Please follow the steps below to guide you through how to complete the booking process:
Step 1: Pick the country and hotel of your choice and note down the name of the hotel with it's ID code behind. i.e Grand Copthorne Waterfront (SG001)
Step 2: Pick the number of nights and dates you wish to stay.
Step 3: Email to booking@kiasuhotel.com stating the name of hotel with it's ID code and the number of nights and dates you wish to stay for an enquiry. (note this is not the confirmation yet)
Step 4: We will check the availability of the rooms and get back to you via email. If the rooms are available, proceed to Step 5. If the rooms are not available, please go back to Step 1 again.
Step 5: In our email reply to you we will notify you that the rooms and dates you requested are available and also the total charges payable.
Step 6: Please reply us with your confirmation for us to proceed with the booking. At this point please also include in your email the full name and contact number of all the guest staying for booking.
Step 7: After the confirmation, please Make Payment for the total charges payable and once we receive the payment we will email you an acknowledgement followed by the hotel voucher within 3 working days.
That's it, we are done. We hope that the steps are simple to follow. We are still working on ways to automate and fine tune the process more, however our main focus and efforts is still to bring to you the best savings and discounts, so do bear with us with regards to the technical aspect of designing and building of website.
**If the hotel you have in mind is not found on our listing, please email us the name of the hotel at booking@kiasuhotel.com, and we can still help you check for discounts and offers.
